A personalised programme is devised and a schedule for training arranged. All fees are given on an individual basis and naturally, depend on your personal programme.
We can provide specialised programmes for sports specific training, new mumms, and of course weight loss programmes with nutritional advice, but in all cases your programme is catered to your requirements. This includes training at home, at work, indoors or outdoors.
