"I've been training with Liston for just over a year. Because my job involves a lot of shift work, I can never get to classes on a regular basis - and it's difficult to get motivated enough to use the gym.
Since I started with Liston I've got much fitter and I feel great. Sessions are always fun and varied. Whenever I start getting complacent, he ups the level again - and knowing that I'll have to face Liston again soon, means I keep pushing myself when I work out on my own.
I need to be fit and healthy for my job - without Liston I'd be much more of a couch potato. I'd thoroughly recommend him as a personal trainer"

"As an actor, I am often required to change my physique, lose weight and maintain a high level of fitness. To this end I have used many fitness regimes (yoga, pilates etc.) but found Liston's methods to be the best.
He is highly qualified to teach many sports and exercise programmes, thus he is able to create a highly individual programme for each client.
The sessions are always great fun and we always work extremely hard.
