Golf Conditioning
Every golfer at all levels of the game, desires to play better golf. The most common method of achieving this is to combine professional lessons with hours of diligent practice. Very few golfers associate the need for improved physical conditioning to maximise performance.

Most conditioning publications are based on the principles of strength and muscle gain. Golfers must consider themselves athletes and should use programmes specifically designed to improve integration and synchronisation of the whole body.
