A former 400m hurdler and professional rugby player,
Adam gave up sport because of a major knee injury, although he still
feels the need to work out every day.
Concentrating on biomechanical excersises, many of his clients are
professional atheletes, although this technique is equally beneficial
to amateurs and, of course people simply wanting to shed a few pounds
too.
Adam also believes in a more holistc approach to fitness - using nutritionalists
and osteopaths, for instance - and sees this as the future of personal
training. |
